Q1:Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to 46 countries worldwide, including the US, Canada, UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Israel, and more. Please see our Shipping Policy for the full list.
We do NOT ship to PO BOX addresses, military addresses (APO/FPO), Amazon warehouses, or remote areas such as Alaska, Hawaii, and Okinawa.
Q2:How long does delivery take? How do I track my order?
Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (production + packing). International shipping usually takes 10-20 business days worldwide after dispatch.
We will send you a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
Q3:How much is shipping? Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated based on actual package weight.
We offer free shipping on orders over $80 USD (excluding remote areas). For orders below this amount, shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Q4:Can I return or exchange for the wrong size?
Due to high international return shipping costs, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size issues or personal preference. Please check our Size Chart carefully before ordering, or contact us for sizing help.
We only accept returns for:
Wrong item received
Manufacturing defects (holes, stains, missing buttons, etc.)
Severe damage during transit
If you experience any of the above, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Q5:What if my package is lost or damaged?
If your package is lost or damaged in transit:
Inspect the package upon delivery – take photos if damaged
Contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos/videos
We will review and offer a replacement or partial refund.
Q6:Can I change my shipping address?
You can modify your shipping address before the order is shipped. Once the package has been dispatched, the address cannot be changed.
Please double-check your address – failed delivery due to incorrect address may result in package destruction with no refund.
